All participants must sign and agree to our safety waiver and follow all staff  instructions.

Participants must arrive at the designated time  and finish at their designated end time.

Any lost or damage to equipment is the customer's responsibility. 

• Youth under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult or an instructor.
• Anyone under 19 years of age must have all waiver forms completed by their legal guardian and must provide a credit card as a deposit prior to renting.
• PFD’s (personal flotation device) must be worn at all times while on the water.
• Groups should always stay together while on the water.
